Pricing questions
What counts as a cleaner?
Anyone who signs in to the cleaner app to do jobs. Office staff, supervisors who don't clean, and your accountant don't count and are always free.
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. We don't take a card for the trial, so you can't be charged by surprise.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away; moving down applies from your next bill.
Do I still need Xero or QuickBooks?
Most small cleaning companies don't. Spick HQ keeps the books from your invoices, expenses and bank, and gives you P&L and VAT figures. Your accountant gets their own login. If they insist on their own software, you can export everything.
Will the price go up after the first year?
No. There are no introductory rates. The price you start on is the price you keep while you stay on that plan.
